Daily Management sits at the core of any Lean Production System. measuring performance against defined KPIs and targets, identifying issues and focusing activities to address them within agreed timescales.
Our digital solution is made up of 3 elements, Data Collection, Data Visualisation and Accountability Action Management. Our Metric Input application allows end users to quickly and easily enter the data they are responsible for, enforcing entry of reasons for performance where required. Data entries are consilidated into performance dashboards for defined areas, to identify focus areas. Actions to drive improvement in these areas are created and managed through the Accountability app.
