Our Operational Review application draws from formal systems and also aggregates the daily performance metrics to provide a holistic review of performance and activity, with the ability to drill down to any level from a group consolidation to the performance of a single department within a site.
Used in conjunction with our Daily Management application, unified KPI data is collected from all sites and fed upwards/consolidated to provide a “single source of the truth” and all “drill down” to any level within a single Operational Review.
