Motion Control Products Ltd proudly presents the MGM Series all-in-one harmonic rotary actuator, engineered for high-torque, high-precision motion in compact form. Designed with a hollow shaft (max. through-hole: 29mm), it allows internal cable routing, and is available in black or clear anodised finishes with custom shaft lengths and gearbox ratios up to 161:1.

With rated torque from 8.6Nm to 557Nm, and peak torque up to 800Nm, the actuator achieves speeds of up to 88.2 rpm. Positional accuracy is maintained to 50 arc sec, with repeatability to 9 arc sec, ensuring dependable performance. Built to endure, it withstands temperatures from -20°C to 60°C, humidity up to 90% rH, and vibrations up to 5g. Accuracy retention life ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 hours.

The actuator supports torque, velocity, and position control modes, with options for dual encoders or a battery-backed single multi-turn encoder. Integrated Safe Torque Off (STO) is standard, with additional safety options and Functional Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE) available.
