Telemecanique Sensors is proud to announce the launch of its innovative IO-Link Master, designed to facilitate high-speed bi-directional data exchange between controllers and IO-Link devices, such as sensors. This cutting-edge solution allows for seamless data sharing, events, and notifications directly to the controller and the cloud using OPC UA and MQTT protocols.

The IO-Link master serves as the interface between our sensors and the PLC, connecting the sensors via IO-Link communication and the PLC through the Fieldbus network

The IO-Link Master enables high-speed, bi-directional data exchange between controllers and IO-Link devices, such as sensors, which can share data, events, and notifications directly with the controller and the cloud via OPC UA and MQTT protocols.

Automation architectures leveraging IO-Link communication offer:

- Improved uptime
- Increased productivity
- Better control of processes

While the initial installation of an IO-Link solution for plants or machines may seem complex, Telemecanique Sensors’ IO-Link Master makes it easy!

Combined with our range of IO-Link sensors, the Telemecanique Sensors IO-Link Master drastically reduces the effort required to install and operate IO-Link systems in your plant or machines.

Easy to Integrate
- Fully tested and validated Data Function Blocks (DFB) for leading PLCs reduce integration time by up to two weeks.
- IIoT capability with an integrated OPC UA server and MQTT protocol makes connecting to any cloud or IoT platform seamless.

Easy to Install
- Daisy-chaining for both power and communication saves 25-30% on cable costs.
- Supports redundant network topologies such as MRP (ProfiNet) and DLR (Ethernet/IP), ensuring reliability in specific automation architectures.

Easy to Use
- Multiple configuration tools for commissioning and a web-based configurator for continuous monitoring of installed devices.
- Integrated IODD finder within the configuration software allows for easy, one-click downloading and installation of the correct IODD file for any connected sensors.
