We’re proud to announce that WinMan has been shortlisted for Marketing Campaign of the Year — recognising our bold and creative approach to digital marketing over the past year. The awards ceremony takes place next week, on 5th November, where the winners will be revealed.
Our nomination celebrates a year of transformation for our marketing team. With just one dedicated digital marketing professional and a single assistant, we set out to redefine how we share our expertise and engage with our audience.
Historically, our YouTube channel acted as a private archive — a place to host videos shared only through direct links. But in 2024, we took a different approach. We made our content fully public and accessible, turning our channel into an open resource of educational, value-driven content designed to inspire, inform, and connect.
The results were remarkable:

138% increase in video views year-on-year, from 2,600 to 6,200 — achieved with no paid advertising.

72 new videos published, each supported by dedicated social posts, web pages, and blog content.

A fully connected, multi-channel campaign that transformed our YouTube presence from a hidden vault into a thriving hub of engagement.
This campaign proved that small teams can make a big impact with the right strategy, creativity, and consistency. Rather than relying on large budgets or big teams, we focused on delivering real value — building trust and visibility across every touchpoint.
