All Unitronics controllers support Remote Access, enabling users to perform remotely any task that does not require a screwdriver, via mobile or PC web browser, VNC, or UniCloud’s secure tunnel utility.

UniStream controllers are perfect for high-end automation projects, feature-rich PLCs with the functionality to control complex machines. All UniStream controllers can directly connect to UniCloud, Unitronics’ do-it-yourself IIoT Cloud Platform. Any model can be ordered as UniStream Cloud-inside; the embedded UniCloud subscription enables customers to immediately benefit their applications with IIoT out-of-the-box, with no additional fees. UniStream Modular:  the unique design enables users to create a customized, all-in-one controller in 3 steps: select an HMI touchpanel of the desired size, add a powerful CPU, and snap on the required I/O or communication modules. 

UniStream Built-in: superbly compact, all-in-one controllers: PLC, HMI touchscreen, and I/Os are built into a single unit, available in a range of panel sizes and built-in I/O configurations.

Unitronics’ AC Servo Drives & Motors are transparently supported by Unitronics controllers. Supporting applications with up to 8 axes, the line includes 1 & 3-phase drives and motors, operating at a wide power range of 50W to 5,000W (0.06-6.7 HP), with robust, high-resolution built-in serial encoders (absolute: 23-bit, incremental: 20-bit), IP65. 

Ready-Made Motion Servo code can be opened and adapted to other applications via PLCopen standard functions.

Unitronics VFDs may be used as a stand-alone product – but paired with Unitronics controllers, Ready-Made Motion VFD code enables users to set up, commission, operate, monitor, & debug VFDs via the controller's HMI panel, or remotely via Unitronics’ software.

Options for both single and three phase VFDs from 0.4 kW up to 110 kW, UL approved, TUV-SUD safety & CE Certified.

Do-it-Yourself IIoT: UniCloud

Unitronics’ IIoT platform, UniCloud, is simple and no-code, allowing users to benefit from today’s powerful IIoT technology - increased profit, effortless monitoring, Business Intelligence & more--without programmers, IT, and cloud professionals.

Specifically designed for OEMs and Machine Builders, UniCloud is end-to-end, scalable & secure. PLCs – whether Unitronics or not - can securely connect machines to UniCloud and store the data generated by the machines.

UniCloud's no-code Dashboard Designer enables users to build dashboards with simple drag & drop elements for Gauges, Graphs, Charts, Tables, Maps, & more. The Machine Builder determines which machine data will be harvested, analysed, displayed, and stored by UniCloud—and can leverage this data to boost efficiency, trouble-shoot problems, and implement preventative maintenance—reducing management overhead and leaving time to grow their business.

UniCloud enables users to boost both new and existing applications into the age of IIoT as-is, without changing any existing programming in the PLC project.
