Costantino is a Senior Investment Manager in the Direct investments team where he is the sector lead for Defence and Advanced Manufacturing. He joined the British Business Bank in June 2025 having previously spent 10 years at Sony Innovation Fund investing in tech and deep tech sectors where he gained extensive board experience including successful exits. Prior to this he was a semiconductor engineer designing RF analogue chips. He has a MSc in Electronic Engineering from Bologna University in Italy and an MBA from FGV in Brazil.
