Ebb Kretschmer

"Founder of KM Associates, I bring over 40 years’ experience delivering automation and maintenance excellence across global operations. My consultancy focuses on defining effective maintenance strategies, training delivery organisations in their application, and mentoring teams through the structuring, mobilisation, and go-live of Resident Maintenance Solutions. These scalable service models are built on decades of hands-on engineering, leadership, and close collaboration with management and delivery teams. Throughout my career, I have worked alongside partners to recruit more than 3,000 skilled resources globally and support the go-live of over 150 automation maintenance operations, covering AS/RS robotics, conveyors, cranes, sortation, and integrated end-of-line technologies. I work closely with senior leaders and delivery teams to reduce risk, improve uptime, and build maintenance systems that scale with the business."
