François Déchelette is an entrepreneur driven by a passion for innovation and digital transformation in the industrial sector. Alongside Octave Lapeyronie, he co-founded fabriq, a SaaS platform that helps industrial and logistics companies improve their daily management.

In 2019, they visited a Lisi Aerospace factory in France, which became one of fabriq’s first clients. François noticed a significant gap between advanced production machines and outdated operational management methods. After meeting with operational teams at 50 industrial sites, he realized the urgent need for a digital tool to improve collaboration and streamline shop-floor management processes, such as visual management, Gemba walks, daily meetings, and problem-solving.
