Ignacio has spent the last several years sitting at the intersection of technology and operations, helping organisations figure out not just what to digitalise, but how to actually make it stick. His journey into manufacturing started at Zendal, a pharmaceutical company, where he led a range of digital transformation projects aimed at modernising internal processes and operations. That hands-on experience, working across teams, aligning stakeholders, and turning strategy into something people on the ground could actually use, gave him a solid foundation for what came next. Now with Parsec Automation, he helps manufacturers implement TrakSYS MES. From first conversations through to go-live and beyond, he focuses on understanding what each client is really trying to achieve and making sure the technology delivers on that promise.
