She has more recently specialised in enterprise-wide ERP implementation and technology maturity initiatives, leading a number of strategic programmes for several manufacturing and distribution businesses. Jodie is driven by continuous improvement and growth, channelling prior experiences to increasingly focus on both the technical and cultural people factors required to successfully land transformational change.
