With over 10 years of work experience in human resources, I am a passionate and proactive Human Resources Manager at LISI AEROSPACE, a global leader in aerospace fasteners and structural components. I hold a PPA Practitioner certification from Thomas International, which enables me to assess and develop the potential of individuals and teams. I also have an ILM Leader Diplomacy and Leader Coaching certification from Hill Training Ltd, which helps me to communicate effectively and diplomatically with diverse stakeholders. In my current role, I lead and manage various HR initiatives, such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, and compliance. I also oversee the procurement and contractors processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
