Matthew Gibson is degree qualified electrical engineering and a strong focus on condition monitoring within industrial settings. Currently serving as a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) associate with the University of Strathclyde, his current project is leveraging AI to enhance reliability in industrial plants working alongside Ailsa Reliability Solutions.

With extensive experience managing electronics production lines and conducting condition monitoring tests for sectors including Oil & Gas, Marine and Renewables. Matthew has now over 8 years experience in the field. Matthew Gibson's transition from an electrical technician to a contributor in AI-driven industrial reliability underscores his dedication to innovation.
