Matthew Gibson is a professional based in Aberdeen with a background in electrical engineering and a strong focus on condition monitoring within industrial settings. Currently serving as a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) associate with the University of Strathclyde, his current project is leveraging AI to enhance reliability in industrial plants working alongside Ailsa Reliability Solutions as his industrial partner. 

With extensive experience managing electronics production lines and conducting condition monitoring tests for sectors including Oil & Gas, Marine and Renewables, Matthew brings over four years of expertise to the table. Matthew Gibson's transition from an electrical technician to a contributor in AI-driven industrial reliability underscores his dedication to innovation.
