Paul Owen

Paul is the Director of Sustainability for Operations and Facilities at AstraZeneca’s Macclesfield campus, the second largest AZ manufacturing location in the AZ network. With over 25 years of experience in corporate sustainability, Paul leads the delivery of portfolio and programme management to surpass the campus’s corporate sustainability targets against water, waste, circularity, energy and greenhouse gases. Paul also leads AstraZeneca's design specification for net zero buildings, nature strategy to address biodiversity loss and the company's sustainability communications and reporting channels.
