As Principal Engineer at HiveMQ, he drives strategic development efforts for scalable, interoperable IoT infrastructure. Simon has played a pivotal role in shaping the MQTT ecosystem through open source contributions and community engagement, particularly around sensor networks and industrial messaging. With nearly two decades of experience in embedded systems, protocols, and IIoT architecture, Simon is recognized for bridging deep technical insight with real-world industrial implementation.
