He has extensive experience leading both local and international teams, managing budgets, and delivering complex initiatives across global markets. With a career that has progressed from hands-on technical roles through to senior leadership positions, he combines practical engineering insight with a strategic mindset. Wesley has worked across the UK, EMEA, and global territories, building a well-rounded perspective across industries and business environments. Outside of work, he is a dedicated rugby fan and supports Gloucester, England, and the British & Irish Lions.
